Kim serves as Marketing Director at Grey Rock Real Estate, ensuring a professional and strategic launch for every property under management. She oversees onboarding, management agreements, required documentation, and property marketing initiatives, while managing inquiries from prospective tenants and buyers.

Her organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail help create a smooth and confident experience for property owners and prospects alike. Kim plays a key role in positioning Grey Rock’s listings effectively within the commercial marketplace.

Outside of the office, Kim enjoys traveling, cooking, and hosting family and friends.
